Department of Veterinary Gynaecology and Obstetrics

The College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Arrabari Kishanganj, came into existence on August 24, 2022 a second veterinary College of BASU, Patna as well as state of Bihar. The Department of Veterinary Gynaecology and Obstetrics is working in collaboration with the department of Veterinary Clinical Complex. This department is actively engaged in teaching of Veterinary Gynaecology and Obstetrics courses as per VCI Curriculum in Under-Graduate (B.V.Sc. & A.H.). Presently we have faculty strength of 3 (three) Assistant Professors. The faculties are participating in various extension activities is collaborating with VCC in organizing animal health and Infertility camps.
