Brief Introduction:

           Dr. Binod Kumar Bharti is working as an Assistant Professor cum Jr. Scientist in the Department of Dairy Chemistry, Faculty of Dairy Technology, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna (Bihar), having a teaching, research and extension experience of more than 14 years. He has been published more than 35 research articles in reputed and peer review National and International Journal. He also presented more than 40 oral/poster papers in National and International Conference/Seminal/Symposium. Dr. Bharti has been published 5 book chapters with ISBN and more than 10 full papers in various Conference/Seminal/Symposium. He is B.Sc. in Dairy Technology from Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology, Rajendra Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur (Bihar), M.Sc. in Dairy Chemistry from Faculty of Dairy Technology, Mohanpur Campus, West Bengal University of Animal and Fisheries Sciences, Kolkata (West Bengal) and Ph.D. in Dairy Chemistry from Warner College of Dairy Technology, Prayagraj, U.P. (India). He is a life member of several professional bodies of Indian Dairy Association (IDA) and Agricultural Technology Development Society (ATDS). He has been received most prestigious award like Young Scientist Award, Science Investigator Award and Excellence in Teaching Award from various organizations. Dr. Bharti also received Poster Award in the field of Dairy and Food.
