Brief Introduction:
Dr. Anamika Das is presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Dairy Chemistry, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology (SGIDT), at Bihar Animal Sciences University (BASU), Patna (Bihar). She had received B.Tech(DT) degree from WBUAFSc, Master’s and PhD degrees in the field of Dairy Chemistry from NDRI, Karnal. She had served for 11.5 years as Assistant Professor (Dairy Chemistry) at SamHigginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (formerly AAIDU), Prayagraj. She had published more than 15 research and review papers, 07 book chapters in edited books, 11 technical articles in compendium of Summer school and Winter school, authored 01 book and edited 02 books. She has supervised five PhD students as Major Advisor, thirty post graduate students in the field of Dairy Chemistry, Dairy Technology as well as Food Science and Technology. She has presented more than 15 research papers/invited lectures/ posters in different seminars, conferences, symposia, workshops. She has been actively associated with different professional societies associated with agriculture and allied fields, for creating awareness among farmers, about the latest developments. She had been actively participating in numerous academic programmes, sports and others events organized by the institution.
