The Bihar Dairy and Cattle Expo 21-23 December 2023 was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar at the playground of Bihar Animal Sciences University (BASU), Patna. The three-day event marked the first dairy and cattle expo organized in the state, bringing together farmers, breeders, and stakeholders from across the country. The Expo featured improved breeds of milch cattle and bulls from various states, showcasing advancements in dairy farming and livestock management. One of the main attractions of the event was “Golu-2,” a Murrah breed buffalo from Panipat, Haryana.
