Brief Introduction:
Dr. Anupama Rani is an Assistant Professor in Department of Dairy Chemistry at Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology, Patna. She has received her Ph.D. and M.Tech degree in the field of Dairy Chemistry from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal. She has done B.Tech. in Dairy Technology from Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. She has worked for six years and eight months as Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance Department) at Gujarat Co- operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (AMUL), Anand, Gujarat. Being a part of GCMMF, she has worked in Sabarkantha District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited, Himatnagar, AmulFed Dairy Gandhinagar and Baroda Dairy,Vadodara. A part of her M.Tech Thesis, which has been published in International Journal of Food Properties, was adopted by Food Safety and Standard Authority of India for detection of adulteration in ghee with vegetable oils, order dated 25th March 2019. A part of her M.Tech research work was included in Technology for Commercialization at NDRI, Karnal.
