Memorandum of Understanding signed between BASU and CIFE
Bihar Animal Sciences University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai on 11th July, 2018.
From Bihar Animal Sciences University, Hon’ble Vice –Chancellor Dr. Rameshwar Singh and From CIFE, Director cum Vice-Chancellor Dr. Gopal Krishna Saxena signed Memorandum of Understanding.
Vice –Chancellor, BASU, Dr. Rameshwar Singh told on this occasion that this MoU has been signed for facilitating Teaching, Research and Extension services of BASU in the field of fisheries. Vice-Chancellor, BASU reported that Govt. of Bihar has sanctioned 270 posts for the College of Fisheries, Kishanganj one of the constituent body of BASU and academic session will be started from current session.
On this occasion OSD, College of Fisheries, Kishanganj Dr. K. G. Mandal, Advisor Fishery Dr. Dilip Kumar also expressed their views on this occasion. Dr. Mandal told that MoU will be helpful for the Inland fisheries, Hatchery Management, Water Conservation, Entrepreneurship development. The programme ended with vote of thanks to the chair.
