Brief Introduction:

      Dr. Bipin Kumar Singh is presently working as Associate Professor-cum-Senior Scientist in Department of Dairy Technology at Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology under Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna. He did Ph.D. and M.Tech from Faculty of Dairy Technology, WBUAFS, Mohanpur, Nadia, W.B. He started his carrier as Field Officer in Dairy Directorate,Govt.of Bihar(1998-2008). Befofe that ,did job in different private Dairy Plants near Delhi surrounding. Subsequently, he joined and worked as Assistant Professor cum Jr.Scientist in Rajendra Agricultural University, Pusa. Further, he promoted to Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale). He again promoted to associate Professor. Dr. Singh has having experiences in Teaching, Research, Extension and Administration for more than 27 years in different capacity. Dr. Singh is contributing in teaching of various courses of Dairy and Food Technology to B. Tech. (D.T.), M. Tech. (DT). Dr. Singh has been mainly working in the area of Traditional Dairy Products, Ice Cream and Frozen Dairy Products and Dairy By products. Dr Singh has published over 40 Research paper/Review paper/Book chapter/Technical /popular articles in journals/Magzines of National and international repute. He has published 5 Books Chapters and several manuals. Dr Bipin, has also conducted various National/international conferences, Seminar, workshop, Dairy Mela, training programs in various discipline of Agriculture and Allied sectors etc. as Co-Organizing Secretary, Co-Convenor, Course Director.
