Bihar Animal Sciences University hosted, ICAR-Sponsored 21 days Winter School on “ New Initiative for Veterinary Extension, ARYA, Farmer First and MGMG” organized at Bihar Veterinary College, Patna from October 30th to November 19th , 2017.
The inaugural programme was held on 30th October, 2017 with the chief guest Dr. Indrajeet Singh, Director, CIRB, Hissar. In the winter school 25 participants from seven states of India were present. The valedictory programme was held on 19th November, 2017 under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Rameshwar Singh and Chief Guest Prof. B. S. Hanra. Resource persons for the training programme were mainly from all deemed University of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences. Course Director of Training programme was Dr. Pankaj Kumar, Asstt. Professor, Extension an Course Coordinator was Dr. Saroj K. Rajak, Asstt. Professor, Extension, Bihar Veterinary College, Patna.
