1. Served for over 15 years at ICAR Headquarters, providing comprehensive support and cooperation to Central Universities, Central Agricultural Universities, State Agricultural Universities, and 731 Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) across the country through direct and indirect grant disbursements.
2. Served for over 30 years in facilitating, coordinating, guiding, and monitoring the financial activities of Deemed-to-be Universities, ICAR Institutes, and ICAR Headquarters, while contributing to the development of the country’s research and education system.
3. Managed and coordinated NAHEP (National Agriculture Higher Education Project) – INR 1100 Crore joint initiative of ICAR with World Bank. The project was aimed at carrying out institutional reforms within ICAR to manage agricultural higher education.
4. Served for 6 years as Head of Finance at CIFE, Mumbai, and 5 years at IVRI, Bareilly, overseeing financial operations and strategy. These Deemed-to-be Universities provide high-quality education at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, while also organizing national and international training programs, short courses, and various other activities in line with those offered by recognized universities.
5. Served for approximately 4 years as Head of Finance at NAARM, Hyderabad. The institute’s mandate includes building capacity in agricultural research, education, and extension, as well as providing policy advocacy for the National Agricultural Research and Education System (NARES).
