Bipin Kumar Singh

Bipin Kumar Singhis an Assistant Professor-cum- junior Scientist of the Dairy Technology at Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology, Patna. He did his graduation from SGIDT and obtained his M. Tech. (DT) and Ph.D. degree from West Bengal University of Animal & Fishery Sciences, West Bengal. He joined SGIDT in 2008. Prior to that he served Directorate of Dairying, Government of Bihar in different private plantsfor several years. He has been actively involved in teaching, research and other developmental activities of the Institute and university. He has published several articles in relevant scientific journals. He is conferred with the award of the “Excellence in Research Award, 2018” by Society for Agriculture Innovation and Development, Ranchi in 5^th National Conference on Livelihood and Food Security (LFS-2018), and “Outstanding Scientist Award, 2017” by International Journal of Tropical Agriculture and Serials Publications Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi, India in 5^th International Conference on Agriculture, Horticulture and Plant science respectively..

Dr. Kumar is a member of various societies/organizations like Indian Dairy Association, New Delhi and Dairy Technology Society of India, Karnal. Presently, he is engaged in one university funded project as Co-PI. He was engaged in various sports and NCC activity during study periods and represented his Institute.
